"I, Carlos Serrano was weighing in at 200 plus pounds, had high blood pressure, high cholesterol and my liver wasn't doing that well. So by doctors orders and telling myself I don't want to feel fatigued and tired all the time, I decided to walk into the boxing gym in 2013 on my birthday and never looked back. I changed my bad eating habits cut a lot down on boozing. I started eating healthy, lots of greens, I'd stayed away from fried foods, sugars, bad carbs etc...I won my 1st amateur boxing match in March 2015 and I must say boxing has changed my life. I continue to train at a high intensity and sparring, and at the age of 37 now weighing in at 148 I'm in the best shape of my life and I feel great."
