    • Tropical Summer Smoothie Recipe from Jennifer Muscato (you can find more, including a 'healthy' shamrock shake at Jennifer's website, Equilibrium Fitness)
      •   Combine the following ingredients in a full-sized blender: 
          • 1 ripe, peeled frozen banana
          • 1 cup frozen pineapple and/or mango chunks
          • 1 cup milk of your choice (low fat, almond, cashew, etc.)
          • 1/2 cup orange juice
          • 1/2 cup plain Greek or regular yogurt
          • 1 tsp. flaxseed meal
          • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
          • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
          • Blend
